A moment for yourself

These short guided exercises are here for you to explore at your own pace. Some are grounding, some invite self-compassion, some simply offer a moment of stillness in a busy day.

There is no right way to use them. Try one and see how it feels. You might find that different exercises suit different moments — one for a difficult morning, another for when you need to come back to yourself in the middle of the day.

All you need is a few minutes and a quiet spot.

My voice will guide you through each recording — a quiet reminder that you are not doing this alone.

Values —

— the reasons of your heart

Values are not a wish list. They are not goals to achieve or boxes to tick. They are the intrinsic things that tell you who you are — what matters to you when life strips everything else away.

In ACT, values are the foundation. Not because they give you answers, but because they give you direction. When you know what you care about most, even the hardest days have something to orient around.

That is why, when in doubt, I always go back here.

I have put together a curated list of values and a simple exercise for you to start with.

Give yourself the time of day.

Journal resources are on their way — reflections, prompts, and tools to go deeper at your own pace.
