Working with me

I work with organisations looking to support their people through change, challenge and the kind of pressure that doesn’t show up on a spreadsheet. With nearly 20 years in HR — including years in advisory and business partner roles — I bring a sharp people lens to every assignment, combined with the strategic thinking that comes from knowing how organisations actually work from the inside. Drawing on systemic team coaching and other development models (e.g. DiSC, 5 Behaviours) as well as Positive Psychology, I offer workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions and tailored programmes that are practical, evidence-based and built for real working life. From feedback and conflict management through to resilience and wellbeing — and individual in-company coaching programmes where needed. Policy work is something I can assist with too, especially where people’s wellbeing is at the centre of things — including workplace reintegration and adaptation for people living with chronic illness.
